I am a retired Police Officer with 13 years of service and a retired US Air Force military officer with 35 years of service. I previously served as the Mayor of Cinnaminson, NJ. Currently, I am a NJ real estate agent and investor, focusing on single-family homes and small multi-family properties in the NJ suburbs of Philly, the Cleveland suburbs, and the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. I was a Real Estate Investment Coach for Tarek El Moussa and now mentor others through my own military-oriented rental property program. I teach the BRRRR method, Commercial Multifamily Analysis, Property Management, and Velocity and Infinite Banking. To date, I’ve helped over 300 people get into the real estate market through rental properties.
To date, I have underwritten over $100 million in deals and built a personal real estate portfolio worth over $10 million.
I was the President of Aim High Properties, LLC, which operated eight subordinate companies ranging from property management to hair salons. My greatest accomplishment is being married for 34 years. My wife and I have a 32-year-old son.
